• Telephone meeting to discuss objectives and expectations
• Create list of keywords visitors use to find your website
• Re-write text on 10 pages to include relevant keyword phrases
• Create unique titles and descriptions for 10 pages of your website
• Submit your website to local search engines, including Local.com, CitySearch, and SuperPages.
• Register your website with the Open Directory Project (DMOZ), Google, Yahoo, Bing (MSN), and Ask.com.
• Set-up a Google Analytics account
• Thoroughly review and analyze your rankings for 3 consecutive months
• Revise text and keywords for 3 consecutive months for increased rankings
• Set up XML site map
• Monthly option: Review and analyze rankings each month; revise text/keywords on the 10 pages that were optimized.

As part of the monthly reviews of your website, we:

• Develop a list of 20 search terms incorporating keywords the client requested.
• Search Google, Yahoo and MSN (Bing) using list of search terms. Results are recorded in a Word document and list the ranking, the pages that show up and any local search results.
• Results are analyzed; an overview, along with the search report, is sent to the client.
• Text and keywords are revised based on client feedback regarding reports.
• Reports are archived for future reference.

Price: One-time fee of $1,200 (if you add the monthly option to your package, there is an additional $225/month charge)
